What we collect
The enquiry form collects your name, email address, optional website, selected area of interest, message, and your consent to being contacted about the enquiry. It also includes a source label, a submission reference, and campaign identifiers if present in the page URL.
Why we use it
We use these details to review your request, reply, arrange a conversation where appropriate, and keep track of the enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
How the form works
The website sends enquiries to the same Cloudflare Workers and D1 service used by Shreem Digital’s main website. Resend delivers notification emails to the business’s monitored inboxes. These service providers process information to support the enquiry. Hosting and email providers may also process technical information needed to serve the website and deliver messages.
Spam protection and retention
The enquiry service uses a keyed, hashed network identifier to help limit repeated submissions. Its scheduled maintenance is configured to remove enquiry records from its database after 90 days and expired rate-limit records after their expiry. Enquiry emails and subsequent business correspondence may remain in the business’s mailboxes for as long as reasonably needed to handle the conversation and related business records.
Website storage and analytics
This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The value explorer runs in your browser; its inputs are not sent to us unless you choose to include them in an enquiry. A submission reference may be stored in your browser’s session storage to show the confirmation page. The motion preference is stored in local storage on your device.
Your choices
You can choose not to use the form and email us directly. Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your enquiry information. We will review the request in light of applicable requirements and any records we need to retain.
Keep sensitive information out of the form
Please do not submit credentials, customer records, or confidential business documents. Any project requiring access to business data will have its access, processing, and retention arrangements agreed separately.

We may update this notice if the website or enquiry process changes. The date above identifies this version.
